Subscription, seats, credits, and billing are all per workspace. Each workspace has one current plan and one Stripe subscription, and the seat count equals the number of billable members in that workspace.

The owner counts as a seat. Free and Solo are single-user (no add-ons); Starter includes 3 seats (extra seats $9), Pro includes 5 seats (extra seats $15). Buying extra seats does not increase monthly or daily bonus credits.

Stripe processes payments in USD and supports all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit cards. Billed monthly or annually with auto-renewal; cancel anytime. Solo is discounted to $12/mo when billed annually.

Yes — cards with international payments enabled (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) work. Your issuer's FX rate and foreign transaction fees may apply.

Yes, anytime. The period you already paid for stays usable; only auto-renewal stops.

When you sign up, a personal workspace is created automatically (one per account, cannot be deleted). Team workspaces are created with a Starter or higher subscription, and plans and credits apply per workspace.

Yes — there's no limit on joining workspaces created by others as a member. For example, you can be in your personal Solo workspace, a company Pro workspace, and a client's Starter workspace at the same time.

We recommend a new workspace when the billing owner differs, ownership across company/team/client differs, the member set is entirely different, you need a separate credit pool, or you need strong data-access isolation.

Creating a project is free; credits are only spent when AI runs. Each plan has an active-project limit (Free 3 · Solo 10 · Starter 25 · Pro 100), and archived projects don't count toward it.

Archive an existing project or upgrade to a higher plan. Archived projects don't count toward the limit, so re-activating one requires a free active slot.

Yes. The provisioning API lets you create tenants and workspaces programmatically. This capability — including issuing and using provisioning-scope API keys — is available only on the Enterprise plan and is included in an Enterprise contract. Contact sales to get set up.

Credits are the unit you spend to run AI features. Costs vary by action, from light tasks (task summary 20) to heavy ones (market research 200, full-stack gen 250).

Credits are a shared per-workspace pool — an AI resource the whole team uses. Top up anytime if you run low. Buying extra seats does not increase monthly credits.

There are two kinds of daily credits: your personal workspace receives +25 free credits every day regardless of plan, and the Solo plan adds a Daily Boost of +50 for a total of 75 per day (Starter and Pro have no plan daily bonus). Unused daily credits expire at midnight (KST) and never roll over, and extra seats don't increase them.

Daily bonus → monthly → purchased. Daily bonus is spent first so the refreshing balance is used before it expires.

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Separately purchased credits never expire.

If an AI job fails or times out, the deducted credits are refunded. The estimated cost is also shown before a job starts so you can check it in advance.

We offer 1,000 credits for $5, 5,000 for $20, and 10,000 for $35. Available on Starter and above (Free can't buy extra), with a lower per-credit rate at larger sizes.

MCP integration (Claude Code, etc.) doesn't consume credits. It's supported on Starter and above.

Storage is a shared per-workspace pool and doesn't grow with extra seats (Free 2GB · Solo 5GB · Starter 10GB · Pro 50GB). It includes profile images, workspace logos, task/comment/feedback attachments, generated deliverables, and playbook files.

Files referenced only by link from Notion/Google Drive/Jira don't count toward storage. Only files copied/stored in PJT count, and deleting a file reduces usage.

Upgrade your plan or add a storage add-on: +$5/mo = +10GB, +$20/mo = +50GB; Enterprise is custom.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is never used for AI training. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, security audit & compliance support, and data residency choice (US·EU·KR).
